The USAFP Foundation was created in September 2023 to inspire future uniformed family physicians and to support Military and Uniformed Services Medicine now and into the future.
The mission of the USAFP Foundation is to inspire future uniformed family physicians and support the Uniformed Services Academy of Family Physicians in achieving its mission and vision.
The mission is accomplished by orchestrating four key functions of the Foundation:

Please include with your check your full name and preferred mailing address. The USAFP Foundation will mail you a receipt of donation to use for IRS filing purposes.
The USAFP Foundation is seeking financial donations to provide strong and vibrant support for the specialty of Family Medicine. If you are interested in making a tax deductible donation to the USAFP Foundation, please begin the donation process below.
Contributions are tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. The covering of processing fees on the next screen is encouraged, but not tax deductible.
