The USAFP Foundation is seeking financial donations to provide strong and vibrant support for the specialty of Family Medicine. If you are interested in making a tax deductible donation to the USAFP Foundation, please begin the donation process below.

Contributions are tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.  The covering of processing fees on the next screen is encouraged, but not tax deductible. 

If you would like to make a donation via check, please make check payable to USAFP Foundation and mail to USAFPF, 7113 Three Chopt Road, Suite 101, Richmond, VA 23226.

Please include with your check your full name and preferred mailing address.  The USAFP Foundation will mail you a receipt of donation to use for IRS filing purposes.
